Edward L. Manchur LL.M.

In June of 2016, after more than 34 years, Attorney Ed Manchur retired from the practice of law.

The firm will greatly miss his valued contributions and counsel on a wide range of legal matters, from business planning and tax shelters to complicated class action litigation, derivative corporate claims, anti-trust misconduct, multi-level marketing and consumer protection. 

A member of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of North Carolina bars, Mr. Manchur was also admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. His recent notable cases include Afi, et. al. v. Boston Car Services Inc., et. al., C.A. No. 10-3778 (Suffolk Sup. Ct. 2010); Pierre v. Above All Transportation, Inc. et. al., C.A. No. 09-301D (Suffolk Sep. Ct. 2009); and DiGirolamo et. al. v. Carey Int’l Inc., et. al., JAMS 1400012637. 

In retirement, Mr. Manchur anticipates more time with his family and church community.
